What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership moves are bold, progressive, and leading the company to become a leader in the industry.
What makes you most happy at work?
Good office space, providing conditions for efficient work. Challenging projects to work on and to learn from, and great colleagues to communicate and cooperate with.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a genuine willingness to learn, finish tasks, and see the goals we are working on accomplished. The culture of cooperation is very high and maybe the main reason we still have good progress in what we do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The workload is unbearable, ever-increasing. We have a huge backlog of things to finish, but new tasks and projects are constantly being added to the pile, creating a never-ending list of things to do. The team is not big, young, and inexperienced, and this is adding even more pressure for me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Non-competitiveness. For most of what I can witness, there is no pressure, bullying, no stress of losing the position to someone more aggressive, and it feels like there is room for the staff to reach out to HR for protection or assistance. This creates a culture of cooperation and fun at work.
