I've been with the company for over a decade. Although we have had challenges like any other company, I feel it's been a worthwhile journey as we have had a lot of ups vs our downs.

I like Dan's record and vision for the future.

I'm not sure if there is a best part but it's fair and comparable to other companies.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team members does an effective job of documenting and sharing info for the betterment of the team, and I like our team members personally.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like when there is progress being made and we learn new things as part of our job. Progress is often not under our control but when it goes smoothly, it's really nice.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Although forced to go this route by COVID, I like that we are still allowed to work from home as it saves a lot of us the commuting time and expenses related to in office work.
