Professional, well trained, helpful. Documented processes and templates make it easy for new employees to get up to speed.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team keeps all employees informed through regular communications (online meetings, office visits, e-mails, etc.). Company priorities and performance are discussed with all employees, usually it's good news but sometimes it's not. Communications don't just feel like "happy talk."
