positive. It's a good culture, they go out of their way to try and get folks together even though we are scattered throughout the country. There are good people and people generally like what they do and work hard.
What are some of the best things about your team?
collaboration. My team is especially focused on collaborating and creating continuity across our toolsets. It never feels like you are burdening anyone when asking for assistance.
What makes you most happy at work?
the freedom to be creative in the work that I do and the ability to drive the work that gets done (dependent on what is in the pipeline)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The management at Galen is transparent about the work we do and the actual numbers that we are hitting. It is nice to see the performance of our company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
how everyone contributes and their overall positive attitude toward the work we do. I have worked for toxic offices in the past, but this is not one of them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, but in the current landscape of job salaries and the profit margins the company is producing, I feel like a better job can be done with salaries across the board.
