I think I'm very lucky to work here, I'm compensated fairly (although it was quite upsetting when our 10% bonus was taken away), I work from home and I'm in charge of my own schedule, but I'm trusted and not I'm not micromanaged. Sometimes I wish I could see my team more often in person
