Everyone seems in good spirits and works together to meet common goals

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone works together very well. Seems like there is good camaraderie .

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They seem personable and like real people. Also, that there are regular updates/meetings to share updates

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compared to others who do my role I feel my pay is on the lower end and doesn't match my experience and contributions to the team. I also wish there was some form of continuing education or certification cost reimbursement.
