They do a fair job of balance the goals of the organization as a whole while not forgetting the little teams within and supporting their goals as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a small team and I would say very close both on the job and off. We live too far away from each other to get together but I feel if we were closer we would make an effort to spend time together off the job as well.
