I have been very happy here. I will say it took over six months for me to have even a slight workload. This felt quite long to me and I felt like a wasn't being utilized properly until about eight months into the role.

I don't work closely with the leadership team, but the culture of my team is amazing, and I know that the leadership culture tends to trickle down into other teams.
