My team is relatively new to RMS and are all eager to jump in and help each other out to get things done. The team vibe is very positive overall. Lot's of smart people on the team as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This leadership team is intelligent, competent and focused! They have ambitious goals to leverage our deep strengths in catastrophe modeling, while transforming us into the cloud and expanding the value our expertise can bring with a Risk Intelligence platform. I'm excited by their vision!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very professional and smart workforce. The office environment is modern and clean. I appreciate the free drinks and snacks available to all employees. Culture is undergoing a change as the company evolves from pure data modeling to cloud / technology company. We are on a good path forward.
