It was awesome for a year as I was learning new skills, good salary hike, fun at work. Then gradually everything stopped. No learning on skills popular in market and based on that increments doesnt justify. I feel our office is discriminated when compared with other global offices.

Flexibility of shifts and work life balance

I believe in our team reviews aren't performance based and people are not paid based on skillet they have developed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As a group, nothing apart from Interactions with analyst level is something I like. But a long list of dislikes.
What makes you most happy at work?
New opportunities, skills and when I get something I deserved since a year. Things take years here to improve or the implementation
What are some of the best things about your team?
Can't think of any. I would say everything is average. The way I work and intract is very different than the way others interact.
