I enjoy working with my colleagues and still believe in RMS and what we can do. I'm hopeful that we release new products on time and at the right price and that these gain traction in the market. I feel comfortable here and want the company to succeed.

We are a collaborative team and we support each other in our work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need to reassess our position in the market. The market is extremely competitive and we continue to act as though we're #1 and with arrogance.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. They have meetings with clients w/o informing client dev and client success about what was discussed. This not only undermines us but also makes us appear disorganised.
