
Easy to speak to & pretty open communication. I see them talking with many different people from different levels in the company, not just upper management
I think my teammates (Model Specialists) are extremely knowledgeable on such a board range of topics and they're enthusiastic about sharing that knowledge. As a team I think they're approachable, friendly and easy to understand, even when discussing technical details.
As a younger hire, I think the Graduate Program sets RMS apart from everywhere else and significantly contributes to the positive work culture. It allowed me to get to know a smaller number of coworkers while still meeting colleagues from all different departments of the company.
As part of the knowledge center I get to work on different projects everyday, meaning work is rarely repetitive and there is consistently a new problem solving challenge to throw yourself at. That, and the group of friends who I get to wok with every day.
It seems like there is not currently an effort to make pay bands that exist across teams for people of similar backgrounds, skill sets and job duties. Knowing that others who have less experience than you get paid more because they started on a different team is always disappointing.
