Smart, caring and open-minded people that get the job done even if leadership is off track.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Low salary compared to market, average benefits. I am missing long term employee programs and a culture of acknowledging long term contribution. I am still happy because of interesting work.
