Wasted opportunity. This place was great to work before but now it has lost it luster. You have empty leaders that have surrounded by enables. We are fortunate that our competitors are behind. But how long will it last ? It is now a sad company and the worse part most of it is self inflicted.

It can't be improved until management level changes their attitude in terms of how things are done. No more hero mode, no more fiefdoms where bosses have their own playground with no accountability. People need to realize even if we are done with a project, what was the cost ? Was it worth it ?
