Pros: interesting and valuable work. Varied projects, each week is different. Cons: changing management. Lots of executive hirings instead of analyst hirings, means a top heavy org. Execs don't understand company, make detrimental changes. Constant changes to output to reflect current exec mood.

Hard working. Motivated. Creative. Knowledgeable. Friendly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Hard working motivated team of scientists who stay happy/motivated independent of awful executive decisions/emails/hirings.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding the company, its market, its people and products. Not jumping in and making huge (essentially random and harmful) changes. Public speaking.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary not remotely comparable to local job market for same job title. Especially compared to other insurance/fintech modelling firms. Essentially no worthwhile benefits. Pension is messaged as 'a benefit' but in reality is the legal minimum (govt. regulation) offered.
