Being able to work both with clients but still be very scientific. I still learn something new every day, which is motivating.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that we are generally a rather young and dynamic group, open and flexible, both with each other but also with regards to new things.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very open, friendly and always willing to help. In addition everyone at RMS is very clever and we constantly learn a lot from each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I earn much less in my current position compared to what I could earn in a similar position in the industry. Further, I - and generally my team colleagues too - work quite a lot of overtime, including at weekends. I often feel the amount I get paid is not worth the amount of work I'm putting in.
