Doing my best every tome I come in and seeing satisfied customers.
working with happy coworkers, being paid while I do my steps; discounts
My coworkers' friendly faces and warm greetings when I enter the building. Rarely, I would complete a project unbothered, like sizing or reticketing, and it would be very satisfying seeing the progress. I enjoy my discount, especially double discount days.
My coworkers being there a
What makes me most happy at work is being well compensated for our hard work and dedication to keeping our store, neat and shoppable for all of our lovely customers. I love helping customers find things as well, which is much harder in this stores environment/hours given.

The customers are one of the better parts of the job
Just talking to all kinds of people trying to make them laugh and hopefully make their day a little better.
Some of the people I work with are great!
Having enough to clean up so when it's closing you can just do overs and unders.
The people that i work with
My coworkers because we all help each other out with anything that needs to be done.
The people i work with, low prices, customers, and getting stuff done.
co worksrs are a great time!
Knowing that the customer is pleased with their shopping experience makes me most happy.
When I walk into work and I'm greated by my coworkers and customers
Being able to help others.

The managers at least showing appreciation for your efforts.

my coworkers - we can bond about the trials and tribulations of retail and laugh it off.
Customers, and knowing I do my best.
Seeing my coworkers & the merchandise that come in.
More staffing. Replacing old broken equipment, better loss prevention measures, lack of. Communication.
Better training. Improvement in management. Have more team meetings and respect your associates.
Management needs to be reviewed
Ross will never be able to be fixed or at least the one I work at in Yuba City, CA. That place is doomed. People treat it like it's a joke and walk out with stuff because they know nothing will happen to them.
Most everything is wrong. Management gave me a fake number for HR, then told me there was no HR. Hours were cut without the mandated notice time, and people were regularly expexted to work off the clock and be grateful for it. Employees get contact high (meth, fentynal) from customers smoking
Pay us more money and give us shelves and racks they don't look like they were made in the 1990s so that people can actually put merchandise up and they stay there without the store looking like shit
Thiefts get away with the impression that it sok to steal as long as they are being allowed
Review from Operations Dept
They need to treat us fairly as there employees
Pay raises, more people in the registers and salesfloor. And proper training.
Higher better managers, even at the top (ex: district managers, store managers).
Not enough staff to keep up with the high paced environment. Enployees who have been working for ross should get bonuses for staying through holidays. If someone calls off, other employees should be compensated with what that person would have made for that shift for doing extra work for the team
Everything from hiring to managment
INTEGRITY, HONESTY, NO FAVORITISM, EQUALITY, ACCOUNTABILITY
Review from Sales Dept
Get us a bew store manager that cares bout the employees and store & not about useing her position to manipulate others
No payroll for the floor
Not even associates to supervise the floor.
If I can get payed for the work I was giving
the store manager is always mad and rude
Review from Customer Support Dept
Its just a terrible place to work. No room for improvement or advancement
Review from Operations Dept
Personally, in a monotonous role with little to no upward path
