Communication and showing their employees appreciation
Hiring better people, better communication instead of yelling and belittling people, TEAM WORK! Being more understanding and empathetic to workers.
Creating flowing training processes for every department, and consistently training new employees and updating training for others. Replacing old nonworking tools, and equipment, and having enough people staffed to take care of the work.
they need to get better at doing their job
Communicate, work together. Be more respectful and encouraging. Stop pointing fingers and placing blame.
Compensation is not competitive at all. Management has scheduling issues providing conflict with both the store's productivity and employee's personal schedules. Trainings are not clearly followed or implemented by management.
Stock room jobs are mainly production and should be paid production wages
The company always goes over our payroll.
It's a minimum wage job with no benefits. You will be scheduled 4 hours a week regardless of speed.

Better communication between management and associates.
We never had meetings when I worked here.
Better working conditions and culture.
Management needs to be more empathetic Management need to stop speaking negative to workers about each other. Management need to know boundaries, and respect employees personal space and privacy
Everything from management to how work is supposed to be handled efficiently.
Culture of fear cultivates fakeness and everyone pretending to be happy with mediocre pay, management, etc
Respect everyone... Stop lieing on employees.... Stop talking bad to employees
Review from Sales Dept
One on one interviews are better than interviews with 10 other people competing for the same position
Ask different questions than just asking for my avalibility
They are very unorganized and did not give me my paperwork until my 21st day working there, which was months in.

Better training. Improvement in management. Have more team meetings and respect your associates.
Management needs to be reviewed
Ross will never be able to be fixed or at least the one I work at in Yuba City, CA. That place is doomed. People treat it like it's a joke and walk out with stuff because they know nothing will happen to them.
Most everything is wrong. Management gave me a fake number for HR, then told me there was no HR. Hours were cut without the mandated notice time, and people were regularly expexted to work off the clock and be grateful for it. Employees get contact high (meth, fentynal) from customers smoking
