my managers range from horrible to the best ive ever had the pleasure of working with. im currently working under a female manager that uses her connections with the regional to avoid punishment for her awful lack luster skills and work place decorum.

i was hired while working for door dash, so i didn't really get an interview

The staff we have now has been together so long were like family, some of them are even related or married
What do you like best about the leadership team?
someone who knows how to help when things hit the fan or won't immediately blames you if an issue arises with a customer.
What makes you most happy at work?
When everything runs smoothly, from the cooks to the hostess to the dish/gbar person. it makes the shift fun and we all make money
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
they understand I have a 2-year-old at home and can't always be at work on time due to sitters or family not being available on time.
