I like the environment. My coworkers are awesome. I do dislike the company doing specials, such as $5 burgers and not making sure the tip would be the percentage applied to the full price burgers. We dont make money and dread coming in. We get talked down tcondescendingly from cheap miserable people
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not talking down to us. Competitions are too competitive. We are treated like bad employees (servers) when we dont upsell to get our management a raise, and we receive no gift cards or prizes like we are promised.
