I've been scheduled outside my availability and have to hope for a co worker to pick up those shifts. In addition, I've been told that the new servers is "replacing" the old ones. One night, my section was split in half and given to a server with who only has a day off training and videos.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We try to help each other out. For example, a server might run my food if I'm occupied with another table.
