AGM sucks there he dosent know hhow to do anything he makes us cook frozen food because he dosent do freezer pulls ..he dosent make anyone do anything on morning shift .Night shift has to do everything .Oscar sucks at his job he is running that place into the ground

Shift leaders make .50 cent more then the cooks thats it ..its not even worth all the b.s and headach that comes along with being a shift leader ..might as well just be a cook less headach
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Need to hire people with some exp..there are 2people that have to pick up everyones slack and thats not fair ..AGM dosent make morning shift do anything no prep dosent check them out or make sure they do anything ..GET A NEW AGM
