There is not enough money to make the work worth it
I would improve their honesty to their superiors on how we train the staff.
The leader ship team needs to lead by example and not play favorites in the workplace.
The coworkers are supportive of eachother but thats among front and back of house. Not with the managers
I feel as if the managers act as if they are on a paid salary with not compassion towards the servers whose pay depends on the day and smoothness of the restaurant.
