The place becomes hectic every weekend and management is a mess.

The environment is inappropriately stacked to favor the veterans or favorites.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because the servers' are the only ones not on an hourly wage that can support them. The managers do not respect their time and do not run the restaurant well enough for people to leave good tips.
