Having managers who actually care and not having a GM that is a bigot. How difficult and how long it takes to just get a coupon put on a check is very frustrating.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I show up to every shift on time and have no problems during. I even show up when asked and not scheduled, but every time they hire new people half of shifts are taken and given to them. It is extremely unfair how they just treat there staff however they like.
