Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel valued as a men ever of the team and I know I add value to the team. My compensation could be higher but my tips exceed my goal often enough to compensate myself
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They professionally address issues without bias or favoritism. When people need to be let go, they are relieved as soon as possible. We have meetings where all voice are addressed and heard as a group as well.
