I was there #1 employee. Server turned bartender, who did it all. I had double the sales of everyone and got offered promotion of "management." lost my job, paychecks, and my insurance I waited a whole year to get and I also paid out of my pocket to get. With covid,Laid off meant closed 4 good.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It doesn't matter anymore. Y'all shut down the store without telling us, took our health care, and didn't give us nothin. I wish I could do something about it. You should've been sued. My whole life went downhill. I was loyal and didn't leave this company for better opportunities and I regret it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We got treated like dirt. I would never work for you animals again. It's not even close to being true what you say about team and all that trash. Y'all are classless, bad people with one goal in mind, that's money. Nothing else y'all care about. It definitely ain't your employees that keep u working
