Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Im just a number like everyone else doesnt matter how long youve been doing this or how good you are at the job wish we were valued
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are not sellsmen! You cannot base our pay and status based over surveys and wiper sells. Improve!? Ive been doing this for 9 years and just got a raise with this new pay lol. $24 a hour? embarassing. Coild work in a target warehouse for $22 at base pay.. we need higher pay this is so sad
