Benefits are shockingly bad. Low vacation days (is the 1970's?), no parental leave, and terrible health insurance.
Leadership, especially all ex-Lbrands employees, need to be weeded out due to their overwhelmingly toxic and bullying nature.
1. Leaders do not manage. They allow low performers to drag entire teams and departments down, 2. Abusive culture - your managers will throw you to the wolves, 3. Disorganized and unable to make decisions.
