Lowered pay and then told everyone they were given a raise. Hourly went up and weekly bonus went away. I'm making 3 to 400 dollars a week less.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making money and going home happy that I can pay my bills.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Managers need to be more involved but not completely straight to you are fired. And we need to have a correct number of employees
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not working blindly and by showing push and drive to get things done. My direct manager does nothing and when he needs something done he pushes it of on the technicians. We don't have office employees in our location so everything is pushed off to the techs. My manager does nothing and goes home ear
