Seemed great at first and the pay is good but it has become to much to bare sometimes they basically just tell you to get it done with no excuses just sobthwy can show a good completion rate not taking and technicians feelings or personal life into consideration i have only been here for 6 months
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Alot more thorough explanation of the process from training to how to handle all situations you may encounter
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Only that i work with a few friends and i could sometimes learn something from a few of the techs
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication between office personal and branch manager about jobs theoughout the day and to stop blaming technicians for their mistakes because its not always or fault and is usaully always beyond our control
What are some of the best things about your team?
I only really enjoy learning stuff from other techs even though i feel there should be alot more training for new hires i have been put in some very tricky situations and it seems i only get help from a select few not from my "leaders" like everyone should the "leaders" just expect you to know it al
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The manager and office personal have made plenty of mistakes and it seems that i have been made to be the bad guy there has been plenty of mistakes on thier part with my schedule and it seems to always be my fault and the amount of pressure i recieve to get cars done and sell those damn wipers
