Safelite built up the reputation of people first just to drop kick the employees with unattainable expectations. Encouraging them to buy houses and invest because of new pay structures, just to rip the rug from under them. Compassion and humanity completely lost. All local management is distraught.

Local coworkers, genuinely care and love and grieve for one another. We carry each other’s burdens as the company beats everyone dow
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To feel like a human again. Gone are the days of feeling I can make a difference or belong to something bigger than myself. I find myself looking for other options, unconcerned with less pay just to leave the toxic environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Local level is amazing and hardworking and empathetic. Unfortunately the corporate structure FORCES technician level and local managers to not care. To care is to lose and to live in constant grief. Complete tragedy to watch unfold. Heartbreaking and gut wrenching to care about your coworkers.
