The new pay structure is sickening, and the people behind the decision to demote, and reduce pay to master and senior techs because they don't sell enough wipers should not be in positions of power. They should be ashamed of themselves... ruining a once great company.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
People's pay should not be determined by how many wipes they sell! Technicians are not salesmen! And a 10% cut in pay shouldn't be a regular thing because of it. It's Disgusting, and tells everyone that upper management doesn't care about their employees.
