Was good but after the CEO change we are paid hourly but expected to do the same amount of work as if we were still getting a bonus. Expectations are not equal across the board but pay is .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am able to do about 6-7 jobs a day and make $20 but new guys come in making $19 but only do 2 jobs so tell me how it makes sence. Obviously I deserve more because i make the company more money.
