Fellow techs are great help out when you need it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Unorganized, undertrained in industry. Store level to operations management is a joke.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The hourly rate is ok at entry level experience. The bonus is questionable and has many flaws.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The overall company has a lot great things. Markets and individual stores seem to lose the safelite culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
Meet and helping people. Customers cars are prized personal possessions to them seeing a satisfying look when damage is repaired.
