We are all very hard workers and are very much culturally aligned which is very important.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to other software companies (places many of of us came from or are being lured to) we are underpaid. Both in base as well as commission structure.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
From the top (CEO) down we are all excited about the work we are doing. We believe we are doing well and doing good. Our solution helps companies with their core missions and we take that very seriously. People here will go above and beyond for the greater good. Whether it's their job or not!
