Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I like that our company is a more established startup company. There are many exciting opportunities like when the company is about to go IPO and how our products really help the customers. I just want to see more growth potential for myself.

I like the equity and the unlimited PTO

We are able to connect and work with each other regardless of our differences

When I know I make an impact by bringing in diverse candidates for the various roles we have on the team.

I like that they are consistently thinking about us as the employees. They want to make sure we are comfortable with our work and our goals.

Best thing about my direct immediate team is that I can be my genuine self with them. I don't have to worry about who I am and how I express myself.

most positive thing is that everyone within the company is big on crossfunctional support, even when it comes to asking questions for ones growth, they are very open to having those conversations.
