Salsify has been a great place to jump into. Learning all the systems and adjusting to the role was tough, but everyone has been very understanding and welcoming.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone being willing to help one another and see one another succeed. Management being easy to get in touch with and speak to.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most people are approachable and will try to help. The people I work with on my team are very supportive and willing to answer questions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the variable compensation aspect that helps us feel motivated to do a good job. However, I think the structure for how that gets calculated and how it ties to individual performance can be improved (ex: sometimes companies run out of money but we get dinged for them not renewing)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
One thing about our leadership that I appreciate is that they try to be transparent and open with us. For example, they are okay with announcing when people leave Salsify even if they have been here for a few weeks. I appreciate that they're open about that even if it raises questions.
