Is a very nice company to work, I learned a lot in general work lines, but there is a lot to improve in terms of: recognition of the employees, internal clarity (initiatives, roadmap, dependencies) and more standard language (different teams and regions using the same word meaning different things).
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health insurance is a good one
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers. They are great people, awesome professionals, I believe in them and trust I'm growing just by working with them.

My team is amazing! I believe in them, I have their support and we build the best we can given the adversities we are exposed to
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the effort of having the minimum contact at least, like the All Hands, but tbh I don't have full clarity of their role and don't know much what they are doing
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people we have. The culture is well thought and designed but we don't have much space to exercise it, we are not interacting much, is a virtual culture. Based on that experience, what is left is the people we interact with, more commonly our teammates, and we are always trying our best.
