The work that I get to do, and the fact that it's always changing (in a good way)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yearly wage increases based on the living wage as well as every team gets a bonus not just sales

The work that I get to do, the people that I get to interact with, and I feel like my work has a positive impact on the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to help each other. My team is open to giving and receiving feedback. We enjoy spending time with each other in work and outside of work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish i had the option to choose a different benefit plan (I would willingly pay more) and I wish we matched our 401k. I would also like the option to have a bonus ie like the sales team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent on things that the team needs to be aware of. I always feel like they have the company's best interest at heart. If I have questions or concerns I know that i can ask the leadership team
