Restructure to base + commission, being 60% base, 40% commission vs 50-50

It is hard to meet upsell numbers when so many customers have price locks and restrictions, and it is not reflected in my compensation plan
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say majority of people believe in the mission and drive towards positive results due to the way the executive team has laid down the foundation.
