I have been promoted several times and get feedback all the time from my managers and others I work with. It is a fun place to work and a place for people to grow in their careers.

Problem-solving and facing new challenges. I'm never bored.

There's always a new challenge and the people around me are motivated and positive. We help each other and are supportive.

Transparency. They share decisions and the rationale behind them as soon as possible and trust managers and individual contributors to execute on plans and provide honest feedback.

The people I work with and for. I love that I can trust all of them to listen to my ideas with an open mind and give me honest feedback

They are honest and down to earth. They share as much information as they can with the entire company, provide context when they can't provide all the information, and trust individuals to do their job.

We know how to laugh even in the middle of tough projects. Each person is not afraid to be themselves and share what they are really thinking. We respect one another enough to be open and honest which leads to better creative outcomes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Mutual trust. I feel connected to coworkers through our mutual approach to problem solving. We are able to discuss disagreements or different approaches in a productive way because we are all interested in solving a problem and sharing information -- not hoarding power or having it go our way.
