Leadership team is invested. Work is fast paced, interesting, and challenging. Work-life balance is non-existent here for CS, but seems to be fine for other departments.

need people to step up and take responsibility for their own work. together that creates smooth teamwork!

base salary is decent. need bonus or raise though. once you get hired, its stagnant unless you get promoted
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
complete lack of bandwidth in CS and the recent attempts to improve/add processes added internal work on top of everyone having 12-15 customers
