I love my team and managers and the company's vision. I do get overwhelmed from time to time and worry about job security since we have seen aggressive layoffs recently.

When my work directly makes customers happy and increases the output of the company.

My teammates are very collaborative, compassionate and kind people. My manager is also always striving to keep the team motivated and productive,
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a very agile company, if something doesn't work, there is always a quick change of direction and we don't shy away from pivoting if it makes sense.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being a private company, there are no RSUs vesting throughout the year which was a great perk in my previous public companies. There is also no bonus or 401k matching which adds to your compensation.
