They are very on top of their work. They are people you can trust to get stuff done. They are also nice people and will provide you feedback in a respectful way.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to work on high-level strategic projects that involve lots of different departments in the company. I love connecting the dots between the focus areas of the different groups and aligning everyone's incentives to get something done.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The better the company does, the more valuable the stock options look. No 401k match is tough but I'm sure that will come with time. The Executive team is very in touch with what other similar companies are offering. I trust them to do what it takes to attract the best talent.
