Transparency. Leadership isn't afraid to share what is going on at the top with lower-level employees/managers

I'm always given new challenges and I feel very appreciated for the work that I do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are truly acting in the best interest of our team and colleagues every single day. There is no idea too small or too big to bring to any meeting -- every idea is a good idea.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My role seems to be pretty undefined by PX and as a result I'm not being compensated at the average market rate for my title and responsibilities. It has been challenging to request a reevaluation of salaries as well
