Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

When I started I felt supported and excited about opportunities. With lots of change management I feel I have been lost in the shuffle so I don't feel as supported or as appreciated and opportunities feel farther away

They are approachable and open to feedback

Everyone I work with is very driven and hardworking

They have a clear vision & strategy for the company

The less meetings the better - focus Fridays have been life saving

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone works hard so that we never have to pick up anyone else's slack. I'm surrounded by smart and driven people who challenge me to be better.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My team is really close and we've made it a point to have regular Zoom calls just to see each other and work together as if we were in the office.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My title was changed in a way that I don't necessarily agree with, to a role that has a lower band than the title I was originally at. There hasn't been a great justification to doing this. Would have felt better about it if it was clear where I fit on my team.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I got a promotion during COVID which makes me feel like the compensation would have been higher pre-COVID. I also don't have a clearly defined set of responsibilities within my role. If I did, I would understand if I was being paid fairly and be able to take direct action. Right now it's vague.
