Significant base pay and bonus
Benefits are good, raises are political based
I believe it is a fair package aligned with what the best companies are offering
company car with unlimited mileage
Fertility benefits, health spending account
Unlimited time off and work life balance
I've never gone without an annual bonus
no limits on the variable pay
Stock options is a great benefit
Free Meals at Company Location with incredible selection specifically in Walldorf
Equity, medical insurance, salary & IT equipment
Review from Sales Dept
the stock and health coverage
I appreciate the benefits that extend to my family. SAP goes beyond the basic when it comes to benefits and provides many.
My base salary is solid.
HMO and FSA Benefits, Reimbursements
flexibility to choose between a car or other mobile solutions
Review from Engineering Dept
work life balance, flex working
Huge company pension contributions, health dental, option to buy additional pto
Comprehensive package of benefits - best I have seen
Review from Customer Success Dept
It is not that you can make the most money but it is consistent. Raises are usually conservative but overall benefits are decent.
I feel as a devops engineer i can get better outside SAP
Review from Engineering Dept
Better salary and recognition to grow
We cover such a broad area of software and get paid the same or less than companies who cover a much smaller and less business critical segment segment
Team is churning through interns and rarley hiring any full time- feels like theyre taking advatage of us knowing they can overwork and underpay inexperienced workers.
Salaries not competitive and comp package contains lots dof variable pay that you have to fight against the machine to actually get. Definitely not worth it.
Unfair pay, taking advantage of students and immigrants, bosses have favorites
Review from Marketing Dept
compensation should be according to market value
Not on par with similar companies on compensation
SAP solutions are helping businesses significantly

Intransparent career promotion. gaps between male vs female salary payment is still there. Gender equality is good at SAP but it could be better especially when it comes to is career opportunity and salary grade/increase.
Review from Operations Dept
Want a fair salary as a woman
Learn what the market is paying and try to match
I am paid less compared to outside market
Competitors are paying better for the same job/location
I feel undervalued as an intern with no benefits
Not on par with market standards
I came across many better offer from not so great company(brand)
Covid recruitment has greatly escalated the base offerings by competitors. SAP needs to match. Also, internal counteroffers are being extended to employees who put in their notice instead of proactively increasing the base salary of those who want to stay.
Growth varies from team to team. At least in my team, the pay and growth is really unfair. Even if you perform really well you might not get a fair increment or career progression. There is a great difference in compensation between On-campus and off-campus folks.
