Honesty, transparency would go a long way
get people more motivated on the job and complete their own jobs like some cross funtional topics and get the resources and agreement ready
Growth mindset and accountability and ability to lead
Favorism is a priority not MBOs, skill, experience, etc
Managers and supervisors worry about themselves and disrespect employees and look down on them. NO bathroom breaks ,15 min break what is that?
I feel as a devops engineer i can get better outside SAP

Better salary and recognition to grow
We cover such a broad area of software and get paid the same or less than companies who cover a much smaller and less business critical segment segment
Team is churning through interns and rarley hiring any full time- feels like theyre taking advatage of us knowing they can overwork and underpay inexperienced workers.
Salaries not competitive and comp package contains lots dof variable pay that you have to fight against the machine to actually get. Definitely not worth it.
I have no idea what anyone on my team is working on. Team meetings should be about really sharing ideas and successes and not just trying to stamp out the next fire.

I don't know. Be better at communicating.
To few people working on too many topics. We'd need to focus and work more together.

Herd mentality, group think, overuse of corporate buzzwords and no substance
Need to slow down, and become good at what is currently being done, before speeding up. I believe the culture of constant change (looking for the next new silver bullet) can often be counter-productive.

Managers and supervisors need to change their attitudes and be helpful and take 30 sec to meet people . When I started NO one told me there names. As if I was just another number that started .
More definite decisions swiftly. More communication on team responsibilities
Well to actually be much more free to express your emotions and opinions, and not being valued less because of being different. Senior colleagues should start respecting the ones with less knowledge
Just implement what's already in letter
it is fair and fast
The timeline and settings goals (what we are really looking for) with the interviewers.
Review from Customer Success Dept
More transparency and better updates are needed. Debrief interviews are useful
Review from HR Dept
More transparency and clarity on the position, team culture clear role definition
Its cumbersome and you not sure what next steps are. I would say better communication
Review from Sales Dept
SAP is infected by the rot of DEI. The situation is borderline harassment if you are not of a "protected class". Leadership preaches transparency, but the only thing transparent is the fake empathy they spew when acting on stage at the all hands meeting.
Review from Customer Success Dept
Cloud is a joke- too many outages, b bad support
Fix things fast starting from tech Stack
Product, GTM and marketing , partner
No cohesive growth strategy, lack of product innovation
Speed of innovation and go-to-market of products and services
More coordination at the top and more innovation from the middle.
Review from Communications Dept
Better communication and transparency across business groups.
Reduce complexity
vacation and work load
