I've worked there now for over 8 years; I've seen the good and the bad. On a "normal" day, people work together as a team. On challenging days, things often are chaotic and fall apart easily. Leadership looks to blame others. I think this company is in dire and emergent need of restructuring.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think the one of the best attributes of our team is that we're comprised of passionate individuals, who accomplish our goals as a team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I haven't seen a pay raise in over 5 years, most of my colleagues who've been there longer than I haven't seen one for longer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People come together to work with one another, regardless of background; this, despite the company's best effort to strip its workforce of dignity and reduce its team members into that of tribal identities.
